Eddiehobbs.com does not collect any personal information about users, except that which is knowingly and specifically supplied to us by the user.  Eddiehobbs.com is committed to ensuring the privacy of your personal information.  Eddiehobbs.com has an online form which members of the public can fill out in order to ascertain information of an individual or event.  You do not have to fill out the enquiry form online and instead you can download a link to a pdf version of the form which you can print out, fill in and post to us at the following address: Unit W9A1, Ladytown Business Park, Newhall, Naas, Co. Any details you give us will be at your own discretion.  We will not pass your details to a third party without your consent.  This data is strictly confidential between us.  We may also use your contact details for our direct marketing purposes.  Should you fill out the contact form, this information will be used to liaise with you in the future.

Disclosure
None of your data will ever be transferred without prior notification and your written consent to do so.

Right of Access
Under section 4 of the Data Protection Acts, 1988 and 2003, you have a right to obtain a copy of any information relating to you held on our computer or in manual form.  Eddiehobbs.com will respond to a written or email request within a 40 day period from the date you make the access request (and may charge a fee of up to €6.35 in line with the legislation).

Right of rectification or erasure
Under section 6 of the Acts, you have a right to have your personal data corrected, if inaccurate, or erased, if eddiehobbs.com do not have a legitimate reason for retaining the data.  You will receive a response to your written or email request within 40 day period from the date you make the request.

We would like to ensure that the contact details you have submitted are up to date so we may contact you in the future to confirm that the details we have on file are accurate.

It is eddiehobbs.com policy to only hold on to relevant or necessary data submitted to us.  We may review and update any data received via the website on a regular basis.  We will delete any information that is no longer relevant or necessary after eighteen months of obtaining it, except for records required by the Central Bank of Ireland for a minimum of six years.

Retention
Data collected will be held for no longer than eighteen months or than is necessary for the purpose(s) for which they were obtained, except for records required by the Central Bank of Ireland to be retained for a minimum of six years.  We will delete credit card details once a transaction had been finalised, unless you give us consent to retain details to ease further transactions.
